Designer’s Tip: Photo card: When Rectangle Swing card turns it reveals a surprise photo.
- Trace the Rectangle Swing Card Template onto Kraft Cardstock, cut out and fold the card according to the template instructions. Trace the left and right template paper patterns onto burgundy Darkroom paper and ink the edges black. Glue the patterns to the card. Tear the top edge of a 2” tall strip of tan text Darkroom paper and ink the torn edge. Glue across the left and right panels, 1/8” from the card bottom, and trim even with the card edges.
- Trace the Rectangle Swing Card Template Spine pattern onto the filmstrip on the Darkroom striped paper. Glue the filmstrip down the card spine.
- Trace the Rectangle Paper Pattern onto black Darkroom Paper. Tear a 1 ½” tall strip of green Darkroom Paper, ink edges and glue across the black rectangle. Trim ends even with rectangle edges and glue the rectangle to the center front of the card swing rectangle. Place Darkroom Scrapbooking Dazzles™ “Smile” and photo corners on the rectangle as shown. Trace a photo with the Rectangle Paper Pattern and glue to the opposite side of the swing rectangle. Place Heart Dazzles™ at the lower corners.
- Assemble the camera Picture Perfect Papier Tole with foam tape and glue camera to the left side of the card front. Place Darkroom Scrapbooking Dazzles™ hearts on the filmstrip. Place swirl Dazzles™ and “We Click” on both sides of the swing rectangle as shown.
