Designer's Tip: Tissue tape is so easy to use, and it is also repositionable! I love the look it makes when layering different patterned tapes over each other. The SmoochGlitz is great for adding a little sparkle-I used it on the greeting labels.

  1. With the fold on the left, cover card front with light green texture from the floral corner paper. Place various strips of tissue tape randomly across the card until you've covered most of the surface.
  2. Stamp "Happy Birthday" in the center of the pink/green dot label. With Frost SmoochGlitz, paint over the sides of the label to add sparkle. Let dry. Glue label centered, 3/4" from the bottom.
  3. Place pink flower Jewel Dazzles on the center line and on vertical lines 1 1/2" to the right and left of center as shown.
  4. Inside: Place three strips of tape across the center horizontally and vertically, alternating pink and green stripes as shown. Stamp the greeting in the center of the pink/green label and paint on some Frost SmoochGlitz. Let dry. Glue label to the center of the card. Place pink flower Dazzles along the vertical center line as shown.
