I was just on my pw order and see that is says shipped with today's date. Isn't in the system yet to track but will keep checking. It only says 4 dollars for the order.....not sure about that but will see. Anyone else see if their gc have been applied.

My order disappeared. It happens each time it ships so I won't know until I receive my order if the GC was applied.

Yesterday I spent 30 minutes trying to get an order placed over two phone calls. Order entry folks cld not add GC (duh) - Once I rec'd the call back (6 hours later), they said they placed the order. I had them hold on so I could check my email for confirmation, was concerned that I had none, they said it cld take 30 minutes for a confirmation (???, not when I order on-line, it shows up immediately). They said you can look at your order history - I told them that I've not had that capability for over a year (possibly two) - they were surprised.... really? I've emailed customer service about it on and off throughout, shd be no surprise.

Also of no surprise is I have no confirmation email this morning.... so I'm in the same boat as Dee - will wait and see.

... was very happy to see that they had one of the newer paper packs on $2/Tuesday - was a little worried with the $10 price tag if they'd still reduce to $2. I picked up 2 of 'em (Winter's Butterfly)!... at least I think I did.

Lee i never got a confirmation email either. I would get one when i would call an order in. so will just wait and see what and if it comes.....You would think by now that Paulette would know of all the problems...

well, I took the time to speak w customer service re the lack of response to emails. I had the impression it fell on deaf ears. still wonder about the link/email address, because I'm kind of surprised they would ignore the issues/not at least reply that they're working on them.
