Yesterday I spent 30 minutes trying to get an order placed over two phone calls. Order entry folks cld not add GC (duh) - Once I rec'd the call back (6 hours later), they said they placed the order. I had them hold on so I could check my email for confirmation, was concerned that I had none, they said it cld take 30 minutes for a confirmation (???, not when I order on-line, it shows up immediately). They said you can look at your order history - I told them that I've not had that capability for over a year (possibly two) - they were surprised.... really? I've emailed customer service about it on and off throughout, shd be no surprise.
Also of no surprise is I have no confirmation email this morning.... so I'm in the same boat as Dee - will wait and see.
