Default November 2014 Cutting Die

I really like this month's die. I just picked up all 5 sets of Spectrum Noir blending pencils so I thought I'd see how they would work on it and I am very pleased with the results.

Judy - Another beautiful piece of art. I like the look of the pencils.

Enjoy,

Judy, that is beautiful! I just got mine and haven't tried it yet. I do love the look of these silhouette type dies, but I think this one is crying out for a matching stamp to add depth and dimension, however, you don't seem to need one. I'm thinking you like the pencils?

What a beautiful card! I would like to hear what you have to say about the pencils. Were they easy to use? I would love to hear about their ease of use, pro's and con's, or your over all opinion on them (or anyone else who have tried them). I really want to get them too but they are so expensive so I want to be sure they are right for me first if I can.

I've been working on this card since Saturday and finally had a chance to finish it. Thanks Judy for starting this thread so I have a place to post it. Products used:
1. Wildflowers and Layering Frames cutting dies
2. Simply Susan and black suede papers
3. Heartfelt Greetings stamps
4. Black Wink of Stella marker

Enjoy,
Daria

Beautiful cards, Ladies!!! I haven't had a chance to play... been trying to finish up some Christmas projects. I love the silhouettes and this one is really pretty... Pencils????? Haven't heard about the pencils. Maybe I would have better luck with them than I have the alcohol markers. I will check them out!
God bless
Nyoka

Daria, your card is so elegant. I just love the silhouette effect.

I am loving the pencils! I did a quick review here:

Nyoka, definitely check them out. For doing detail work, I like them better than the pens. Now I have the best of both worlds.

Lovely cards, ladies. I'm not in the PS Dies any longer, found I was opting out more and more. I'll have to check out these dies.
