Default Stamp kits

First let me say I love the idea; especially since for the last year I have been buying in MWs of PWs the older card/scrapbook kits.

I finally signed up for template, card, Papier tolle, stencils, dazzles, and of course stamps.

Of all of them I am not sure the stamps kit subscription is worth it. = I've only gotten in each stamp kit - the stamps and an instruction booklet. No papers, inks, embellishments, nothing.... and yes I know that is what the kit advertises but something about comparing it to the other kits for value, I'm not sure I see the value.

Its the same cost as just waiting to buy the stamp. To be honest I would love to have a kit...honest to goodness kit.

I will admit I too was disappointed at my first stamps set. I too was expecting a 'kit' of goodies somewhat comparable to the other 'kits.' But it occurs to me there might be a cost issue involved for PW, esp since the stamps would be more costly compared to the paper-based kits. And so I "took inventory" of positives regarding this kit, and could easily list three: 1) the newsletter does provide many ideas I would not create on my own, 2) PW absorbs the cost of shipping, and 3) I am receiving stamp sets I would not otherwise consider purchasing, so it's expanding my universe, if you will, to crafting tools I wouldn't otherwise experience. Would I like to receive a bit more, sure; but for the price point, I'm willing to keep my membership. Just some thoughts.

I still haven't gotten mine yet. When do they usually go out. I signed up about the same
time Patti Prince did and i still haven't gotten anything. Is that normal? I am kind of
dissappointed i didn't get my stamps or anything yet.

Thank you Carol J. I did contact customer service. They said that they would send
out another one (at no cost). I am not sure yet on how i feel about that response.
I just hope I get these stamps to play with soon. For now i will keep the membership and hope that the next kit arrives on time.

I dropped the stamp club only because If I wanted a stamp set I wanted it NOW . I then signed up for the Dazzles club instead an love it. They are all about customer service at PW. I was really impressed that they offered to send out another kit at no cost to you. They are a loyal company...you don't see that anymore. Hope it all works out.
