Carol I like what you have done. Love the gears, the leaves look so neat.

Challenges were every two hours Rosie - so just look at when the challenge got posted and add two hours to it to tell when it ends in your time zone...(assuming your computer time matches actual time in your time zone of course...)

Rosie on the East coast we ended at 6 pm so next one ends at 8 pm

Rosie- your background is very interesting. I don't have much in the way of alcohol inks so tend not to do anything with them. Interesting color combo but would be good for summer or Fall outdoor photos

Carol- I like all of your backgrounds... Your gears turned out great! How do you keep them from spreading under the stencil? I haven't had your success with that. Your watercolor scene is very cute. If you still don't like it when you have photos, try adding a vellum layer... It might make you happier. And your vine background is so soft and crisp. Very nice.

I tape the stencil down first, then put the Color Burst on, THEN I spritz with water and dab with a paper towel, then add more water, then dab again. It still does get underneath a bit.

I didn't get to this event but I'm really impressed with all your coloring in different mediums!

Love your backgrounds folks! I love the effects with sprinting the various media but I can make a big mess too, so I don't do it often!

The mess and the cleanup did me in... I was finding splatter as far away as a foot and I only used a mist sprayer... So fun, though.
