Default 3-D embossing folders-Sizzix

Have any of you tried these 3-D Embossing Folders yet?

PW carry 3 designs.
https://www.paperwishes.com/scripts/...ery=sizzix+3-D

I ordered mine from Amazon, a basket weave that PW does not have, but arrived today and I really like the impression it gives! AM IMPRESSED LOL !

Sizzix advises to to spritz paper lightly both sides before embossing, they are a lot thicker so only use one plate when going thru big shot , still using the #1 tab of the platform, and crank thru bigshot hinge side first.

I have the basket weave one too as well as a Christmas one with trees and Merry Christmas on it. I also have a couple Spellbinder ones that I really like. I wish the PW would carry the new Tim Holtz ones. The designs are beautiful. Also the Sizzix 3D embosslits. Link here.

I have a couple of Tim Holtz's new ones and one from SU - I really like them a lot, such depth. A little bit of a learning curve, but I watched Tim's video and learned a lot (spray with a light mist of water!!).

Those 3D EF are really deep impressions!
My Spellbinders machine which is about 10 years old now I think, advised spritzing the paper for every EF, so I have always done that. Getting the "sandwich" right for the 3D folders does take some trial and error though. Once I figure it out (for those, and for certain persnickety dies) I attach a note onto the product so I see it every time I get it out to use and don't have to "re-learn" each time.

I would love for PW to carry the TH EF as well.
