  1. Card front:   Place a blank card with the fold on the left. Cover with Nonna’s Garden dictionary paper with roses along the fold. Ink the edges brown. Stamp the large butterfly with words and lines on light pink cardstock. Trim even on the top and bottom and tear the sides. Ink the straight edges then mat on Nonna’s brown swirls paper with 1⁄16" borders. Use the template to trace a Victorian label onto Nonna’s pink/green swirls paper. Cut out and ink the edges brown. Stamp a black swirl on the bottom. Stamp the ruler on 2"x3⁄8" vellum with brown ink. Let dry then back with light green cardstock. Trim to fit on the left end of the label, ink the edges and glue 1" from the top. Glue the matted butterfly image overlapping the top edge of the label.

  2. TECHNIQUE: EMBOSSING  Stamp the large rectangular image onto light pink cardstock with brown ink and cut out. Use the VersaMark™ ink pad direct-to-surface over the entire piece. Sprinkle an even layer of clear embossing powder then heat to emboss. Mat on brown swirls with 1⁄16" borders. Zot™ a bow on top then glue angled as shown.

  3. TECHNIQUE: STAMPING METAL AND VELLUM  Insert a light pink great Big Brad into a scrap paper. Use brown ink to stamp the top of the large floral image on the brad. Let dry. Stamp the large floral image on vellum and let dry. Use the template to trace the squared oval label A around it. Remove the template and cut out. Ink the edges brown then mat on light green cardstock with 1⁄16" borders. Glue on the bottom right. Stamp the ruler border in black ink on a 5"x3⁄4" vellum. Stamp “Merci” on vellum and tear around the word. Vellum Zot™ as shown. Then Vellum Zot™ the brad onto the vellum border.

  4. TECHNIQUE: BUTTERFLY CUT-OUTS  Stamp the large and small butterfly on Nonna’s pink flourishes paper and the medium butterfly on green cardstock. Cut out.
