This is a BEAUTIFUL die. I have cut two of them from patterned paper. I each time I had to make 6 to 8 passes with the Cuttlebug and add some "shims" (since my paper wasn't too thick). The results were amazing.
One downside is that the paper cutouts stay in the wings in the die and need to be picked out. I used a pin (the second time was easier than the first - practice I guess). If there were some little holes in the die so that these bits could be pushed out would really help
It is worth the effort!

This is such a pretty butterfly when cut. Very versatile and effective when used on a card or a layout.

This makes the most delicate and elegant butterfly yet! I love it. It is a bit time consuming to get all the little cuts out, but it is definitely worth it!
