Designer's Tip: Use a stencil to create a pretty pattern within a burst of color on your card. Trim the card to a 5" square and cover it with metallic gold paper. Cut a 4 3/4" square of watercolor paper and place it on your protected work surface. Place the stencil centered on the watercolor paper. Gently tap the bottle of Sepia Color Burst with your fingers, on the center of the stencil/watercolor paper, about 15 times. Mist over the center of the stencil/paper 5-6 times with water. Carefully remove the stencil and set aside. Let the paper dry. Glue the paper centered on the card. Glue red velvet shimmer ribbon even with the left side. Add flowers on the upper left side of the card. Cut a small rectangle from watercolor paper and trim the corners for a tag. Tap a small amount of Sepia Color Burst on the edge of the paper and lightly mist with water. Let dry. Mat the tag on gold paper. Place Dazzles "hello" centered on the tag. Glue tag near the flowers.

This is a gorgeous card and wonderful idea for backgrounds for all occasions. I can see greens and reds for Christmas and orange and purple for Halloween!! A great easy way to use stencils and to make a large quantity of backgrounds all at one time.
