Designer Tip: Use the scalloped dies to easily cut mats for the lacy die-cut doilies.
Supplies:
- White Cards & Envelopes
- Nesting Lace Oval Dies
- Stolen Moments Double-Sided Paper Pack
- Stolen Moments Ribbon Set
- Moka Suede Paper
- Metallic Gold Paper
- Nature's Touch Scrapbook Dazzles™
- Stamp & Punch Stamp Set
- 2"x6" Acrylic Block
- VersaMark Watermark Stamp Pad
- Black Super Fine Embossing Powder
- Medium Zots™
- Foam Tape
- 2 Photo Glue Sticks
- Powder Blue BigShot Die Cutting Machine
- Heat Gun
Instructions:
- Card front: Place your card with the fold on the left. Cover with Metallic Gold paper. Mat 4 1/2”x6” Stolen Moments brown/teal flourish paper on Moka Suede with a 1/8” border and glue on your card center. Place scroll corner Dazzles™ on two corners, as shown.
- Use the die cutting machine to cut one large doily die-cut from Stolen Moments tan/teal flourish paper. Mat the doily on a large scallop edged die-cut cut from Moka Suede. Glue a 5” length of ivory sheer dot ribbon across the center, tucking the ends underneath the edges. Foam tape the doily on your card center. Place scroll Dazzles™ as shown.
- Cut one small doily die-cut from gold paper. Use VersaMark™ to stamp “Just Because” on the doily center, dust with embossing powder and heat to emboss. Foam tape the doily on a small scallop edged die-cut cut from Moka Suede. Glue the matted doily as shown.
- Zot™ a double bow of sheer dot ribbon as shown. Zot™ a bow of teal sheer as shown.
- Card inside: Mat a 5”x1” Stolen Moments brown/teal flourish paper on Moka Suede with 1/8” borders on long edges and glue on your card center. Cut one small doily die-cut from Stolen Moments tan/teal flourish paper. Stamp and emboss “Just Because” on the doily center. Glue the doily on a small scallop edged die-cut cut from gold paper. Foam tape the matted doily as shown and Zot™ a bow of teal sheer as shown.
