Designer’s Tip: Use Dark Brown ink to give the white card an aged look.
Supplies:
- Robin's Red double-sided paper pack
- Gold Tiny Words & Phrases Dazzles™
- Happy Days Ribbon Set
- Oval Die-Cut Cards
- Peonies, Roses, & Carnations Foil Papier Tole
- Blue Buttons in Flower-Shaped Holder
- Antique Red Forget-Me-Not Flowers
- Dark Brown Fluid Chalk Ink Pad
- Cosmetic Sponge
- Medium Zots™
- Foam Tape
- 2 Photo Glue Sticks
Instructions:
- Card front: Fold the card with the oval on the front and place the fold on the left. Cover the card inside back with Robin’s Red blue stripe paper. Use a cosmetic sponge to lightly apply Dark Brown ink to the card back edges and on the white edges on the card front. Ink the edges of the oval laser cut card and glue over the oval on the card front.
- Assemble the Oval Flower Papier Tole layers with foam tape. Glue to the center of the laser cut oval. Glue blue rhinestones as shown.
- Knot a 3/4” wide length of red sheer dot ribbon and Zot( to the left side of the oval. Glue a blue heart under the knot.
- Inside: Zot( a cluster of Antique Red Flowers to the bottom left corner. Thread a white button with a scrap of blue paper and Zot( among flowers. Glue a blue rhinestone among flowers. Place Gold Tiny Words & Phrases Dazzles™ “Hello” at the top right corner and glue a white heart above.
