Designer Tip: Printed acetate makes a lovely easel card.

  1. Card front: Cut a 5”x12” dark pink cardstock. Score and fold @ 6”. Cut a ¾” frame on the card front only. Score and fold the frame @ 3”. Cut another 5”x6” dark pink cardstock. Cut a ¾” frame around the edges.
  2. Cut a 5”x6” floral printed acetate with the flowers in the bottom left corner. Use small Zots behind printed areas to attach to the single frame. (not the card front). Place the Dazzles™ in the top right corner. Glue the bottom only of the frame to the bottom fold of the card top, matching the frames. (finish the card top at the end)
  3. Card inside: Cut the tulip card topper to 4 1/8”x5½”. Mat on dark purple cardstock with 1/8” borders. Glue centered. From another tulip card topper, cut out one of the bottom tulips, and the bottom butterfly. Foam tape over the matching ones. (this will hold your easel in place) Place the Dazzles™ on the bottom right corner.
  4. Cut a tulip bundle and a small butterfly from another card topper. Close the card, and foam tape the bundle on the acetate over the matching bundle and butterfly on the inside.

Reply from Paper Wishes Customer Service:
We do leave projects on the gallery even if some of the products are no longer available. Customers have said they like to have the ideas available. I'm sorry if this was frustrating and I understand how that could happen. While the Dazzlesâ„¢ are still in stock, you could duplicate the look by stamping on Heat Resistant Acetate (4104234) with white embossing powder (4001065) using a stamp like Wildflowers (4001075) then using a patterned paper inside the card perhaps Mystic Garden (4104253). I agree with you that this is a beautiful card.
