Designer Tip: You can still get vibrant colors on vellum by layering. Stamp the girl on a 3 " square of vellum, then start with a layer of your lightest color, as it seems to be easier to blend the darker colors over the light in this case. Use a dull pencil for laying down color because a sharp pencil will leave fine lines, and those fine lines are harder to blend. Then layer on your darker colors, and use the Paper Stumps to blend the colors together (not the water brush). Cut your card to 5" and place the fold on top. Glue 5"x5" white fence paper along the fold, leaving the rest of the paper loose. Open your card and cut a 2 " square window 3/8" from the right edge of your front panel, as shown. Glue the colored vellum piece between the white fence paper and the card front, with the image centered in the window, then glue the paper in place. Add a strip of brown fence paper at the bottom. Stamp the greeting and a flower, as shown, then add color and blend with the water brush. Add Dazzles around the window and at the top of the brown fence paper. Zot on a bow. Card inside: Place 1" strips of green text paper at the top and bottom and add Dazzles. Stamp the sentiment and flower border, then color and blend with the water brush.
