Designer Tip: This tag book is a cleaver alternative to a card for Fathers Day. You can make it longer by covering both sides of the tags with paper and embellishments and instead of securing with a brad, tie loosely with ribbon.

  1. Bag: Tear a 3 1/2 wide strip of gray book print paper with gray burlap across the top. Mat the top and bottom edges with 1 wide torn strips of gray corrugated paper and glue to the bag front. Trim the paper even with the bag edges. Glue the Father definition tag over the muslin and foam tape the toy airplane cut-out below.
  2. Tags: Cover the front of each tag with gray paper with the black script border at the bottom. Glue the Barber Shop tag at the top of the first tag and foam tape Dad along the top of the border.
  3. Glue a blank tag at to the center of the second tag with the Burma Shave" sign below, an at an angle. For the third tag, Glue the Fire pedal car cut-out with the Father cut out below and at an angle. Glue the old car postage stamp over the border at the bottom of the tag. Cover the back of the third tag with gray book print paper.
  4. Ink the edges of each tag. Punch a hole at the top of each tag. Stack together in order and secure with a silver brad. Use a pen to personalize the blank areas of the tag and place tags in the bag for gift giving.
