I've been using these products and techniques for a scrapbook. Absolutely beautiful. I really like the double sided papers because I can cut windows into a page that peak through to the other papers adding coordinated interest. Tone on tone stamping with botanicals adds texture, too. Also, I find that the foils can be used with zots and double sided tape. But I do like the scrubby look of using glue sticks. Thanks, Sara...so many ideas to use.

I am enjoying this Mixed Media series very much. The cards made are beautiful and I liked the use of the various media used. I especially like the foiling and use of chipboard embellishments. The foiling techniques are great with no need for a heat source.

Thank you so much for joining in this week! Yes, those papers and supplies are fabulous to play with and the glue stick trick is a great one for not only cards but also (as Connie says) scrapbook pages. Cecilia, I'm headed over to look at your double stick Dazzles project now! :) Sara

I just got my first mixed media in the mail. I love it! I experimented with double stick dazzles (remember those) and it works. So much fun.

Thank you, Sara, for the great tip using glue stick for the foiling technique and all the ideas for creating mixed media projects! I'm looking forward to trying these ideas on my next scrapbook project!

These cards are so rich and soft looking. And easy to make!! The price for the Money Saver is a steal. Thanks for the new ideas.
