Great show. Always wanted to try these but didn't know what to do. Do you glue the overlays on the art paper (and if so how) or just fit it into the frame? Thanks.
Reply from Paper Wishes Customer Service:
If you are putting the paper and overlay into the metal frame, there is no need to glue down anything because the frame will hold everything in place. But if you want to trim down pieces and you do need to secure them, I use a glue stick and place the glue behind a printed area of the overlay then press it down on the paper. It holds pretty well. You can also use vellum glue since that is usually transparent.

Like Gloria, I would LOVE these designs on 12x12 papers! I am retired now and don't wear jewelry as much, but I love the webisodes and the ideas. I might just be tempted to try some of these as gifts for my granddaughters. Thanks

I ordered the Vintage book about a week ago and made the most gorgeous note cards using the paper art, overlays and a slide mount. My daughter asked me what boutique I bought them in. Love them!

Well, I have the microscope slides in all three sizes, the tape, and the frames and dazzles. Cool. So these books are great to make some great gifts. Will have to order these books too. Great Ideas. Thanks!

I think these would be great for luggage tags or clip on backpacks, pocket books. The small ones could clip on shoes, jean belt loop, cards. So many ideas come to mind, I know I'll have fun making something out of the 'easy peasy' clip art.

Great webisode! You mentioned sealer for the pateras. What kind of sealer? Wish you had demonstrated putting it together & sealing. Thank you for the great inspiration you provide every week!

Hi Lynn,

In the past we've used Diamond Glaze or Glossy Accents but found that sometimes they distort transparencies with red printing, so we've found that a light coat of Aleene's Tacky Glue does the trick the best. Hope this helps!

It's OK. It would make wonderful scrap paper the 8 x 12 sheet paper with the same basic idea. Wouldn't you think so? Peasy :)
