you could use paper clips at intervals where the two sides meet for a temporary hold so you can fold down and reuse again we used to do this with the store bought ones we used to buy

You can use a small paper clip to hold the paper edges together. Then it's easy to take apart.

Use coloured paper clips to hold together then it is easy to disassemble to use again.
