My scrapbook buddy has this machine and it works great! She brings it to our weekend retreats and I get to practice using it all weekend. She also has a blank (solid) metal plate to allow us to use the negative (left overs) after using the foil stamps - two for one usage of the foil. I think it's time I get my own go press & foil machine. Thanks Ladies!

Ladies when use my go press and foil machine I heat stamp then add my foil paper and shim then let it heat up again. The machine says it is ready but if you wait a few seconds after adding paper and shim it will change to red and heat up again. Then you put thru your machine and iTools every time. I use a shim of 100 lb cardstock folded in half as a shim. Love this machine. It is does work.

WOW what a great system. I watched the product video and now I wonder how I lived without it (it also answered most of my questions) but I wanted to know if I can use the Paperwishes foil I already have that I use with transfer sheets and flutterbye glue??? And the video showed using embossing folders as well as all the thinlite dyes I have?? Is all this true?? If so this is awesome and opens up a lot of possibilities. I have over 500 dies and 200 embossing folders.

Oops! Gail corrected us. The Crafters Companion and Deco Foils will work with the Go Press & Foil machine.

Thank you for doing this webisode. I have had this machine for some time but did not really know for sure what to do with it. Now I have some ideas how to use it and hopefully you will some of the stamps in stock also.
