Instructions:

1. For the card front: Place the card with the fold on the left. Cut 4¾"x6¼" Gingham #2 coral gingham paper. Die cut a white cardstock frame by positioning the 3⅝"x5" die inside the 3⅞"x5⅞" scalloped die and glue it centered on the gingham paper. Wrap a 6" dark pink crepe ribbon across the paper, ⅞" from the bottom, and glue the ends to the back. Glue the paper centered on the card front.
2. Die cut a 3¼"x4⅝" scalloped oval from Gingham #2 coral cardstock. Die cut another white cardstock frame using the 2¼"x3⅜" die inside the 2⅝"x3⅞" scalloped die and glue it centered on the coral oval. Glue the coral oval centered inside the white frame, tucking it under the ribbon.
3. Stack the three layers of the 3D flower topper shown together with foam tape between the layers. Foam tape the bouquet centered on the ovals. Make a 4-loop bow with dark pink crepe ribbon and tie the center with thread. Glue the bow to the first ribbon, 1¾" from the left edge.
4. Glue a ½" white button to the bow center. Knot a 3" length of ⅛" wide dark pink grosgrain ribbon, trim the ends, and glue the knot to the button. Place two tiny Taffy wishing bubbles on flower petals as dewdrops.
5. For the inside: Cut 3½"x5¼" Gingham #2 pink paper and mat it on Gingham #2 pink cardstock with ⅛" borders. Glue it to the inside center. Die cut a white cardstock 2"x1¼" oval and a 2¼"x1½" pink cardstock scalloped oval. Glue the white oval to the pink oval, then place gold “happy birthday” and “celebrate” Dazzles™ on it.
6. Foam tape the middle layer of the pink flower bouquet 3D topper shown to the bottom layer. Glue the sentiment oval and the bouquet to the inside as shown. Foam tape the top layer flower to the bouquet, positioned to the lower left of the largest blossom. Place two Soda Pop wishing bubbles on the petals as shown.
