Designer Tip:Use the Paper Painting red texture paper as your base. Glue a 12”x7/8” stripe paper 1” from the bottom, and 1” from the top. Mat a photo on Paper Painting teal, then black paper. Mat again on red paper with ½” borders. Mat one last time on Paper Painting black paper. Glue centered. Tape the heart metal stencil, on one side to a 5” square of Paper Painting red paper. Use the cosmetic sponge to ink the heart with FiltterGlue. Tap lightly with the glue. Remove the stencil and throw into a bowl of water to soften the glue. Rub Silver Gilding Flakes all over the heart. Remove the excess with your fingers. Rub with the Scoochy Foam to remove the rest, and burnish the flakes. Cut out the heart, leaving a ¼” border. Mat on black cardstock with 1/8” borders. Glue on the bottom right corner, at an angle. Finish washing the stencil, and repeat the process with another 5” square of red paper, and using gold Gilding Flakes this time. Cut out the heart, and mat on black cardstock. Glue to the top left corner, at an angle. Back small flower Dazzles™ and the small frame Dazzles™ with Silver Linen, and Gold Ripple holographic paper. Cut close to the Dazzles™ edge. Foam tape as show.
