Designer's Tip: Use adhesive pearls to add dimension and shine to the butterfly bodies.
Instructions:
- For the Front: Place the card with the fold at the top. Cover with Chalkboard black paper. Cut a 2 1/2"x6 1/2" piece of Chalkboard black border paper with the white border going along the top. Glue across the bottom half of the card. Glue ivory dot ribbon along the middle of the card, trimming to fit. Stamp "From Morning 'til Night…" onto pink paper and cut out. Mat on ivory dot paper with 1/8" borders. Glue to the card 1/2" from the right and 1" from the bottom. Zot™ a dotted bow to the base of the greeting.
- Following your die cutting machine manufacturer’s instructions, die cut 5 butterflies in various light colors as shown. Glue them to the card as shown, trimming off excess. Apply 3 small adhesive pearls to the body of each butterfly.
- Inside: Glue 6 1/2"x2 1/2" of Chalkboard pink pattern paper across the card 3/4" from the top. Stamp "Happy Birthday" on ivory/white dot paper and cut a rectangle around it. Mat on black with a 1/16" border and glue to card 1" from the top and left. Cut a large green butterfly with the cutting dies and glue to the right of the greeting as shown.
