Designer Tip: Use a Spice Market green paper as your base. Mat the Craft Stack elephant birthday paper with Spice Market green paper, with 1/8” borders on the left and right. Cut the Craft Stack dot paper in half, and glue on the left and right. Glue to the green Spice Market base. Cut a border from the Craft Stack papers. Glue to the top of the page. Glue just the blue border on the bottom. Foam tape Craft Mat punch outs as shown.
