|So very Grateful
By Susan Cobb
Instructions: Stamp the large leaves/frame image and five single leaves (2 large and 1 medium full leaves, 2 side leaves) on ivory cardstock with black ink. Use your die cutting machine and Leaf cutting dies to cut 1 swirl, 1 full leaf and 1 side leaf from Letterpress tan textured paper. Place your card with the fold at the left and apply Antique Linen ink to the outer 1/4" edges of the card with an Art Dauber. Cut a 4 3/4"x6 1/4" Letterpress brown swirls paper and glue it centered on the card. Glue the swirl die cut on the upper left portion of the card with the leaves at the top. Trim around the leaves/frame image and foam tape it on Letterpress green textured paper with 1/8” borders. Ink the edges black. Use an Art Dauber to ink the leaves and swirls with Antique Linen ink. Add Vintage Photo ink to the base and center of the leaves. Add more Antique Linen to some areas of the background and outer edges of the piece, keeping the background lighter than the leaves. Add Vintage Photo ink to the corners and swirls. Glue even with the lower right corner of the brown swirls paper on the card, leaving the left side loose. Cut out the individual stamped leaves and ink them as you did for the leaves/frame. Foam tape matching leaves on the swirl. Glue the remaining leaves on the 2 die cut leaves. Tuck the leaves beneath the left side of the matted frame. Use the Tiny Tags & Little Labels Template to trace a Bracket Label A shape onto ivory cardstock and cut it out. Stamp “so very Grateful” on the top part of the label and a swirl on the bottom, with black ink. Ink the label with Antique Linen ink, concentrating the ink near the edges. Mat on green textured paper with 1/16” borders. Foam tape near the upper right corner of the card. Place Gold Jewel Dazzles on the stamped leaves/frame and label as shown. Use 1/4" wide sheer peach ribbon to tie a bow. Zot™ the bow near the bottom of the label as shown.
