Technique: Squeeze Yellow & Green Color Burst powders onto dry watercolor paper, then spritz with water and let dry. This creates a different background every time. Save your scraps for other projects! Squeeze a few puffs of green powder into a small amount of water in a spritzer, and spritz some unfurled paper cording. Let dry and you have a beautifully colored bow. Clean your surfaces well with water, as the powdered pigment really seems to show up in unexpected places! Supplies:
