Designer Tip: Cover the chipboard #1 with pink paper. Ink the edges with Picked Raspberries Distress Ink. Use the stencil and mask off all but an “s” and a “t”. Use a cosmetic sponge to ink with Seedless Preserves. Ink the word “Birthday” about 2” from the top, at an angle. Place the heart brads into the crown Brad Buddies. Spread the legs at the back. Glue the shape in place as shown. Use the Nuvo Glitter Drops to make dots, and a swirl as shown. Use all of the petal cutting dies to cut six sets of each petal from snow suede paper. Use the medium stylus, and mouse pad to shape all of the petals. Curl the edges with the tweezers. Use a soft brush to brush a small amount of Picked Raspberry ink on the edge of each petal. Begin by gluing the center of one of the double petal die-cuts onto white cardstock. Glue the center of the second smaller double die-cut on top. Glue one of the rounded petals into a cone shape. Glue into the center of the two double petals. Begin gluing two like shaped petals around the cone petal in the center, rotating the rose each time. Use two of each shape petal in the set to complete the rose. Let dry. Repeat two more times for two more roses. Let dry. Cut the white cardstock close to the bottom of the petals, as a base. Glue all three roses at the bottom of the #1. Use the brush to apply a small amount of the Glitter Glue to the edges of the petals. Die cut two large leaves, and two small leaves from green suede paper. Glue around the roses.
