Instructions:

1. For the card front: Cut 6¼"x4¾" Christmas Memories green music paper with the border along the bottom (omitting the lantern area). Cut 5"x3½" vellum and attach it centered on the green paper, gluing just the middle of the vellum.
2. Wrap a 7" length of stitched ribbon across the papers, 1¼" from the bottom, and tape the ends to the back. Tie a 4" stitched ribbon onto the first ribbon, 1½" from the left edge, and trim the ends. Glue the paper centered on the card front.
3. Die cut the lantern from Gold paper and the candle from red cardstock. Cut 1"x2" acetate and glue it behind the lantern window. Glue the candle behind the window. Cut out the “Season’s Greetings” label and glue it to the vellum with the lower edge just under the ribbon.
4. Foam tape the lantern to the front as shown. Gently remove the Christmas Memories music swirl chipboard from the backing and press the ink pad over it to completely color it black. Glue it across the front as shown. Tie a thread bow and glue it to the lantern top.
5. For the inside: Cut 5¾"x4¼" Christmas Memories red gingham border paper with the border along the left. Mat the right, top, and bottom edges on red cardstock with ⅛" borders. Gglue the paper to the inside, aligning the left edges.
6. Tear a 1¾" wide by 7" long strip of vellum. Glue it to the inside, about ¾" from the bottom, applying the tape just through the center of the strip. Trim the excess. Cut 6½"x¾" Christmas Memories red dotted paper and glue it across the vellum center, leaving the top edge unglued.
7. Cut out the “Happy Holidays” label and mat it on Gold paper with ⅛" borders. Glue it 1½" from the right card edge, tucking it just under the red dotted strip. Die cut another Gold lantern and a green cardstock candle. Back the lantern with acetate as before and glue the candle behind the acetate. Glue the lantern and foam tape the “love-peace-joy” die-cut as shown. Tie a thread bow and glue it to the lantern top.
