Love your products

I have to add my voice to the whole crafting community in saying you will be missed so much. I have appreciated all of your products and mostly the webisodes have been a part of my life since their inception. My heart broke when Sara left but then Ann did a wonderful job and now Gale has filled the void with her unique creative view. I have really come to think of your site as part of my crafting family and I will miss you. Paulette you have been such and inspiration to all of us and you are such a good teacher I will miss you most of all. Good luck to all of you with your future endeavors I will keep up with you at YouTube and Amazon for sure.

Thanks so much for all the terrific past of Paper Wishes webisodes. They were by far the best in the industry. I see a few new things at www.amazon.com/paper wishes but there's no gallery, product demos or written instructions like there was - without at least the step-by-step written instructions I'm lost!! Will demos and/or written instructions be on Amazon or a link somewhere to see product demos and instructions? I know the design team is reduced but I'm hoping there will be product demos and written instructions.

On the Amazon site you will see projects and in many cases there will be videos (we’ve done them with all the new items plus Dazzles™). We aren’t able to have written instructions within the Amazon system but I’m hoping the videos will be helpful. The design team is still creating projects.

I will definitely miss the webisodes, it was always a fun time and I learned so much. But the thing that made the episodes so great was the people!
Good Luck with the new venture!

I think I bought one of the first Hot Off The press paper books and was thrilled to have access to all of the great instruction you've provided over the years. Will miss you all, and the webisodes greatly! God Bless you all on your new adventures.

Maybe it's been mentioned somewhere but I can't find it .... even roughly, when will the Paper Wishes site actually close down?

And, will any webisodes or project examples still be available somewhere?

Thank you. I wish everyone all the very best.

We don't have an exact date because we keep finding new things to offer--cleaning out a 20,000 square foot warehouse has also been a treasure hunt! All the webisodes are on the Paper Wishes channel at YouTube. Project examples and product videos will be on the items we're taking to our Amazon.com/PaperWishes site. Please be sure to sign up for our emails on the PaperWishes.com site so we can keep in touch with new items and great offers.

Ihave been wondering why I haven't seen any new webisodes, decided to check archive and found this. Will have to make a point of checking Amazon for you. Thank you for all the inspiration.

Wishing all so much success in the future. I don't see it at a huge negative, since Amazon has a warehouse in our city, so we'll probably get our orders faster since we have Amazon Prime. Enjoy everyday, guys.

I will miss you all very much. Best of luck.

We're not done yet! And don't forget we'll still be around on Amazon. We'll send an email when that happens.

Dear Paulette,
Firstly, belated 'HAPPY WEDDING ANNIVERSARY' to you/Mike!
Next, I just discovered that you are 'moving to Amazon'. My husband signed us up for PRIME.
Lastly, I ordered the last webisode MONEY SAVER and the SPICE MARKET double-sided paper, matching ribbons and buttons and Dazzles Long-Script to have
a 'special remembrance' of the deliciously educational
and entertaining series of
webisodes! God Bless you all with good health and happiness in the future!

I just wanted to let everyone there know how very sad I am to see my favorite site go. As a VIP customer I spent many hours (& a boatload of money) these past years watching your webisodes and studying your product reviews and instructions. I am in serious withdrawal at this point!! I too felt the same way so many others have expressed in that I didn’t view Paulette and all the others as just random people - but I felt as if they were my friends. I am disabled and spend many many lonely hours at home alone and they were such a help to me as I felt as if I knew them and always found solace at Paperwishes. You have many loyal and devoted customers who will sorely miss you all and the way the site used to be. There is no other site that I have been as devoted to as yours (both emotionally and financially). With that said I’m writing to wish everyone there the best that this life has to offer and to say goodbye because I will not be shopping for Paperwishes on Amazon unless I absolutely have to have something that I can’t find elsewhere. Good luck in your new endeavors. I already miss you all so much!! Thanks for all the many years that you’ve helped me get through and for helping me learn so many new crafting techniques that I never would’ve learned if not for your site. Goodbye and may God Bless you all always.

Please know this was a gut wrenching decision for us and we will have product videos and projects on the Amazon site. We're still here for you!

I am just so sad about these changes. Paper Wishes is so much more than just a place to buy products. It is truly a caring community built the right way. Thank you for many wonderful years and wishing you many more to come.
My *selfish* question is will any of the Premiere Monthly Kits be offered in the future? I realize these are fairly involved to produce, but I was just hoping... Thank you!

We would never say never!!

You have had the same webisode for the last 3 weeks what is the matter with this?
Reply from Paper Wishes Customer Service:
If you’ll watch this webisode you’ll see it is the last we have planned. Later this year we are moving Paper Wishes to Amazon and will have product videos there. All our past webisodes are on YouTube. Thank you for watching.

I am very glad to hear that Paper Wishes is not vanishing but just changing! Change is so difficult to go through but it is the only way to get to the next chapter. Now a selfish question: I am almost out of gold border dazzles--will they be coming back to Amazon?
Reply from Paper Wishes Customer Service:
The Dazzles are on order and should be here in about two weeks. Please put your email address on the product page at PaperWishes.com and we'll email you the minute they arrive.

I am so sad about your leaving. I look forward to watching & learning how to make things. You & your catalog will be missed. I hope it will be as easy as you say about getting to them on Amazon. Will Amazon put out the magazine? Thanks for being the place to go to learn the new things.
Reply from Paper Wishes Customer Service:
I'm afraid the print catalog is no more. However, there will be videos and product images on the Amazon site and, of course, still on our PaperWishes.com site.
Linda Royster (posted 2 months 19 days ago)
I, like all your other viewers will really miss your webisodes. Will you or Amazon continue to print a catalog? Yours is/was the best issued crafting catalog. Please tell me that a catalog will continue to be mailed to us. I am sure it's just wishful thinking on my part, but if not it will really be missed by your fans. Sincerely, Linda

You have made us feel like family. We will miss everything about your company. I have a notebook with printed pages of every gallery project sheet since you began the webisodes, so I could easily find cards I wanted to make. If it's not too intrusive, could you provide more info about your changes? Will you still have your design team? What is happening to Gail, Lenae and the others? Is Paulette retiring? I know her husband Mike has. Just curious. Hope the new changes keeps us informed of what is available. We will miss all of you.
Reply from Paper Wishes Customer Service:
While the design team is not on staff, Kyla, my art director is on call. Gail has decided to go back to school but LeNae and Debbie are here. Susan is on call which is very nice. No, I am not retiring although Mike is really happy with his retirement. Actually, I don’t even like the word “retired” attached to me. Guess that is something I’ll deal with later in my life. In September we will devote much of our time to getting the Paper Wishes site on Amazon populated with products and product videos. We just released three new Christmas cutting dies and they are on the regular PaperWishes.com site and will be on Amazon next week. We have five new Hunkydory kits coming and they will be exclusively on Amazon. So we are between places right now but moving toward Amazon. It is so amazing that we continue to find new things (guess being in the same location for so many years is part of this) and we will continue to bring them to the current Paper Wishes.com site. Hopefully, that answers your questions. It’s a busy time, as usual, and one with lots of change but we’re trying to take care of our customers and offering them good prices, great value and lots of creative goodies!

I'm so sorry to see you go! You will be missed. Some of the older Webisodes no longer play, will these be transferred to YouTube as well?
Reply from Paper Wishes Customer Service:
We have moved 404 webisodes to YouTube which is all that will still work on that system. That is from Feb. 21, 2012.

Will miss you.

Like a lot of other people, I am so disappointed . I will miss the Weekly Webisodes. It made my Wednesdays. Now they are gone. I am a senior and i love watching the webisodes, I wish they had been longer. So is the Paper Wishes website going away completely. Can't see Amazon giving as much information as Paper Wishes. I am on there a lot. I find a lot of the descriptions to be uninformative. I have to rely on reviews. So sorry to see y'all go. I'll miss you all. So sad. Now how will I find out about new products?
Reply from Paper Wishes Customer Service:
We will continue to send you emails about new items, new ideas and special offers. We will also have projects showing with the products we offer on Amazon. It won't be exactly the same but we will still be with you!
