Instructions: Cut the craft foam and the blue paper to the same size and layer the paper on top of the craft foam. Center the 3 1/4” circle die on top of the paper and run though die cutting machine. Die cut acetate with a 3 7/8” scalloped circle. Center and glue the scalloped circle on one side of the white craft foam to make the window. (TIP: It is very important to get a tight seam between craft foam and acetate so use plenty of glue stick on the craft form circle edge) Glue the blue paper over the craft foam, aligning the circle windows. Place about ½ teaspoon on sequin assortment on the center of the paper that will show though the window. (Peel adhesive backing from bottom of craft foam OR apply glue stick to bottom of craft foam, using a generous amount around the edge of the circle to insure a good seal.) Place the blue paper covered craft foam centered on the card and make sure the area around the circle window has a good seal by running fingertip around the edge. Let dry glue stick dry thoroughly before shaking card. Embellish with Dazzles™ stickers and ribbon as shown. Supplies:
