Designer’s Tip: Use a cosmetic sponge or stiff paintbrush to brush away the excess gold from the Double-Stick Dazzles™, especially around the tight spaces.
- Place the card fold on the left and cut 1 ¾” from the card top front only. Cover the card with Christmas Sweets brown dot paper. Ink edges of 5”x1 7/8” red dot paper and glue across the card, 1 3/8” from the bottom. Ink the card edges.
- Peel the Double Stick Dazzles™ Christmas Ornament border from the backing sheet and cover one side with grass green glitter. Place along the top edge of the card front. Place the large Double Stick Dazzles™ round ornament on Christmas Sweets red dot paper and place gold metal leaf over the sticky front of the ornament. Use a cosmetic sponge to gently buff away the excess metal leaf. Cut out the ornament close to the Dazzles™ edge and glue to the card front as shown.
- Use the X-acto® knife to pick up the Double Stick Dazzles™ Christmas Ornament innies, cover one side with grass green glitter and place on the ornament as shown. Use a length of ¼” wide Christmas Sweets green metallic ribbon to make a bow and Zot™ to the top of the ornament.
- Inside: Cover the card inside with Christmas Sweets red dot paper. Place Double Stick Dazzles™ Christmas Ornament “Merry Christmas” centered on the top of the card and cover with metal leaf and buff away the excess with the sponge.
